‘Benevo’ comes from the word ‘Benevolent’ which means ‘promoting the welfare and happiness of others’ and ‘to do good’.

We believe that there is an alternative to using meat, meat by-products and meat derivatives in pet food whilst maintaining the complete nutrition an animal requires for a happy and healthy life.

Benevo were the first to produce a UK-manufactured complete Vegetarian Cat Food and certified Organic Vegetarian Dog food.

As of January 2011 we are happy to announce that all our pet foods are now vegan. This means our complete cat food and complete organic dog food are the first of their kind again!
